Job Description
- As an experienced candidate with 7+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for setting up a winning global sales organization. Your role will involve developing and driving joint business planning, including leads, opportunities, revenue, and unit goals. You will be expected to create and implement key segment growth strategies across all products and services offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Netlabs CRC strategy and collaborate closely with CXOs of top enterprises in India to deliver CRC services effectively.
- Achieve sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with a focus on managing monthly goals for accurate forecasting.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring rigorous pipeline management.
- Foster collaboration between services and product specialist teams to drive overall revenue and profitability.
- Manage complex commercial and legal negotiations/contracts to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualification Required:
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) / MCA / Graduate with Computer Science degree.

- Preferred skills include the ability to absorb product knowledge in areas like SOC, SIEM, and Advisory, strategic prospecting skills, accurate sales planning and forecasting, market knowledge, crafting potential solutions, relationship building, account management, and excellent analytical skills to manage complexity.
