Role Overview
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and enterprise revenue growth across India, US, and EU markets. This is a quota-carrying, hunter role, focused on selling Netscribes data, analytics, and digital transformation solutions to mid-to-large enterprises. The role requires strong consultative selling capabilities, the ability to engage with senior decision-makers, and close collaboration with internal delivery and practice teams.
Key Responsibilities? Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
? Drive new client acquisition and strategic account expansion.
? Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges.
? Sell solutions across Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Automation, Web & Mobile.
? Collaborate with internal teams on solutioning, proposals, and closures.
? Maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

Required Skills & Experience
? 712 years of experience in enterprise sales / business development within technology, analytics, or digital services.
? Proven track record of New logo acquisition and consistent achievement of enterprise revenue targets.
? Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities. Ability to translate business pain points into analytics- and technology-led solutions.
? Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills across senior leadership audiences ? Solid understanding of technology outsourcing, analytics services, automation, and AI/ML ecosystems.
? Comfortable working in cross-functional, global delivery environments.
