- Watch for changes or variations in processes and suggest improvements to the line manager.
- Adhere to product complaint protocols and procedures while addressing issues.
- Use guidelines, routines, or procedures to solve regular, concrete problems encountered.
- Follow organization and country norms strictly when addressing customer complaints.
- Suggest process improvements to higher management when processes are perceived to have inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively convey product benefits.
- Proficient in technology and digital sales platforms.
- Strong customer service skills to address concerns promptly and accurately.
- Dynamic multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
