About the Job: The Manager – Business Development is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client relationships within the financial services market. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial results while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial services market
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and intermediaries
• Support the development and execution of business development plans and growth strategies
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in line with company standards
• Lead or support client meetings, negotiations, and deal closings
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, risk, compliance, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Track performance against targets and provide regular reporting to management
• Ensure all business activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or a similar role within financial services
• Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client needs
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage client accounts
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support decision-making
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently
• Experience working in regulated environments is a strong advantage
