Nevora Health and Beauty Pvt Ltd is seeking a Digital Business & Operations Head to independently manage end-to-end business operations, including digital platforms, e-commerce, branding, sales growth, product management, and complete statutory licenses & compliance.

This is a full-ownership role requiring strong execution, multitasking, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website, E-Commerce & Digital Operations

Design, develop, and manage the company website

Launch and manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify / WooCommerce / Marketplaces)

Handle product listings, pricing, images, content, and updates

Ensure website security, performance, and smooth user experience

2. Product Design, Branding & Promotion

Coordinate product labels, packaging, creatives, and brand assets

Maintain consistent brand identity across digital and offline platforms

Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns

Manage social media, promotions, influencer coordination, and paid ads

3. Business Growth & Sales Targets

Drive sales growth through digital marketing and strategic planning

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual company targets

Track performance metrics, reports, and growth analytics

Suggest market expansion and new product launch strategies

4. Product Management

Complete ownership of the product lifecycle

Coordinate with vendors, printers, designers, and agencies

Ensure timely product launches and stock availability

Maintain product documentation and compliance records

5. Licenses & Statutory Compliance (End-to-End)

Handle all company licenses, renewals, and statutory filings, including:

Trade License

Factory / Shops & Establishment License

FSSAI / Drug / Cosmetic / Nutraceutical Licenses

GST registration, amendments, and coordination

Labour License, ESI, PF, and statutory filings

Additional responsibilities:

Liaison with government departments & consultants

Maintain compliance calendar and avoid penalties

Support audits, inspections, and regulatory communications

6. General Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with CA, consultants, vendors, and authorities

Maintain MIS reports and operational documentation

Act as a single point of contact for management

Support process improvements and decision-making

Key Skills Required

Experience in Health / Nutraceuticals / Beauty / FMCG industries preferred

Hands-on experience in digital business & compliance management
