Graphic Designer

New Country Healthcare is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and support the creative needs of multiple brands across our portfolio.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who wants to build strong commercial experience in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and wider Marketing team to translate briefs into high-quality visual assets across digital, social media, print and internal communications.

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, solid technical design skills and the discipline to work consistently within different brand guidelines. Just as importantly, you should be curious, receptive to feedback and eager to continue developing your creative capability.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Media Design

• Create and adapt visual assets for social media, digital platforms and online communication channels.
• Produce different sizes, formats and layout variations while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
• Support the delivery of campaign and promotional creatives across multiple brands.

2. Brand & Campaign Creative

• Support the development of campaign visuals, product creatives and brand collateral.
• Translate approved design briefs into clear, engaging and brand-consistent creative work.
• Maintain visual consistency across brands, campaigns and customer touchpoints.

3. Print & Marketing Collateral

• Create and adapt artwork for print materials, internal communications and marketing collateral.
• Prepare files accurately for different formats and production requirements.
• Review layouts and artwork carefully to maintain a high standard of final output.

4. Creative Execution & Design Support

• Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to execute briefs accurately and efficiently.
• Support the Marketing team with day-to-day creative requirements across different brands and projects.
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver work within agreed timelines.

5. Asset & Design Library Management

• Help organise and maintain design files, brand assets and project libraries.
• Ensure working files and approved artwork are structured and easy to access.
• Follow established brand guidelines and design processes consistently.

6. Creative Development & Learning

• Stay informed about current design trends, creative tools and emerging best practices.
• Develop capability across graphic design, motion graphics, video and new creative technologies.
• Explore tools such as Figma, Canva and AI-assisted creative platforms where appropriate.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Around 1–2 years of graphic design experience, although fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately within established brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva or AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
• Previous exposure to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare or wellness brands is preferred, but not mandatory.

Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong foundation in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding and digital design, and show how you translate a brief into clear and effective creative output.

Pay range and compensation package

AED 5,500 to AED 7,000 (plus performance-based incentives, medical insurance, Annual Air Ticket Allowance, others)
