QA Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Software QA/QC Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic QA team. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, backend APIs, and performance environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop detailed test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• 
  Conduct backend/API testing using tools like SOAPUI and Postman
• Execute various testing types including functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium and Appium
• Perform load/performance testing using tools like JMeter or equivalent
• Log, track, and verify defects using test management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with QA, Development, and Business teams
• Continuously recommend improvements to enhance product quality and delivery timelines
  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience in software testing (manual, automation, API, and performance)
• Strong hands-on expertise in web and mobile app testing
• Proficient with API testing tools (SOAPUI, Postman)
• Experience in automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium)

• Good understanding of programming languages like Java, C#, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) mandatory

• Experience in finance or insurance domains is a strong advantage
• ISTQB or similar certifications is a plus
