- Preparation of SEAL documentation, ensuring safety culture
- To provide new hire orientation / periodic / refreshment training on SEAL
- To work towards to meet SEAL monthly / yearly SEAL target
- To administer and coordinate to assigned welfare & Environmental tasks
- To maintain SEAL documents & statutory records and data.
- Responsible to complete timely assigned tasks.

- Preparation of required SEAL procedures and maintain all SEAL related documents and monitoring / ensuring safety practices in place across the plant. Preparing monthly / timely data and on time submission.
- Providing new employee orientation training, Refreshment training, On the Job Training on SEAL and maintaining training material and documents.
- Actively participating in SEAL audit to meet SEAL score.
- To co – ordinate with Indirect purchasing to procure safety / admin related materials

- Responsible for assigned welfare activities & Environmental activities
- Responsible for timely submission / renewal of Govt / Administrative statutory records
- Responsible for assigned task time to time
- Level of Autonomy - This role requires supervision
- Span of Control - Need to work with cross functional team across all business of Newell
- Interpersonal Skills (Negotiation, Influence, Persuasion) - Need to have good communication skills, data management and tracking, negotiation skills
- Moderate Problem Solving Complexity
