Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and social channels.
• Support content planning and scheduling for social media platforms.
• Help coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and maintain project tracker.

Content Strategy & Coordination

• Write and edit content across formats (social media posts, emails, blogs, and internal documents) with strong grammar.
• Coordinate between teams and track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Create and maintain documentation, trackers, and process sheets.
• Build clean presentations (PPT/Google Slides) for internal and external use.
• Assist with basic design work on Canva when required (optional) .

• Strong written English and the ability to draft content independently (without relying solely on AI).
• Organised, proactive, and detail?oriented.
