Technical Project Manager ( Data & Analytics )

Education/Experience:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology


• Overall 8+ years of experience


• Min 4+ years of experience in developing Data Models, DB Schemas, data ETL/ELTs, with cloud platforms, using data lakes and warehouses.


• Good to have recent certifications that reflect expertise in relevant tools and technologies, platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering, requirement document creation, functional design documentation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand applications and platforms being used across the organizations.


• Manage a team of data engineers.


• Experience in architecture/solutions covering security, scalability, flexibility and productionizing.


• Implement best practices and code standards.


• Identify the scope of the product, create a timeline and come up with the approach and design for the product.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amount of data with attention to detail and accuracy.


• 
  Hands-on experience with data ingestion tools through batch and streaming methodologies using cloud tools.


• Expertise in managing structured and unstructured data.


• Technical Expertise regarding data models, DB design development, Data mining and segregation techniques.


• Building, scheduling, and monitoring of automated pipelines.


• Hands-on experience on Cloud platforms Azure/AWS and Data Warehousing methodologies.


• Experience in working in one or more cloud-based data management or data analytics tool, such as, Athena, BigQuery, Data Lake, Databricks etc.


• Strong knowledge in Databases (SQL etc), Programming (ETL Framework).


• Expertise in data management, such as data quality, data lineage, data governance

Must have skills:

• Technical team management


• Customer communication


• Azure, AWS, Cloud Platform


• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server/ AWS Athena/ Azure SQL
