Job Summary
Nexsales, a rapidly growing B2B Martech company specializing in AI-powered lead prioritization and pipeline insights, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst.
The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between business objectives and technical solutions.
This role requires a professional with a strong analytical mindset who can translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions that accelerate our clients' revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirement-gathering sessions with various stakeholders, using techniques like user story mapping and creating detailed workflows to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
- Analyze and meticulously document business processes, workflows, and system functionality by preparing detailed documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and System Requirement Specifications (SRSs).
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, translating client briefs into clear, actionable tasks and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and marketing teams, to ensure the accurate implementation of solutions.
- Work with data teams to perform rigorous validation of data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo.
- Assist in managing project timelines and milestones, providing support for agile sprint planning, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
- Oversee and provide support for system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the successful rollout of new features by defining test cases and validating outcomes against initial requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Martech or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in documenting business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and marketing platforms, particularly Salesforce and Marketo.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence
