Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly skilled, independent Full Stack Developer to own the deployment and optimization of our core software products. As our AI-driven matching architectures and automated verification systems undergo rapid global adoption across North America and the Middle East, we require a developer who can bridge seamless client-side interfaces with high-performance backend pipelines.

Operating completely remote from within India, you will take full technical ownership of features supporting our core HR API and customer portals. You will build clean, secure, and responsive digital environments, collaborating directly with our technical systems hub in Abu Dhabi.

• End-to-End Application Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications utilizing modern front-end frameworks and robust backend logic layers.
• API Architecture & Integration: Build and optimize our foundational HR API subsystems, ensuring seamless third-party platform communication and secure, rapid data handshakes.
• Database & Workflow Management: Architect clean database structures, write heavily optimized relational queries, and ensure efficient processing of high-volume transactional records.
• Security & Compliance Controls: Implement modern encryption standards and Zero-Trust data validation frameworks, protecting sensitive user validation components.
• Performance Refinement: Audit and polish application loading speeds, server-side render metrics, and background processing script efficiency to minimize latency.

• Proven Development Background: 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience (experience within a B2B SaaS, Cloud infrastructure, or automated transactional product environment is highly preferred).
• Technical Stack Fluency: Deep proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) combined with robust backend engineering frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Go).
• Database & Cloud Acumen: Confident working with relational or non-relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and containerization/cloud infrastructure tools (AWS, Docker, or serverless functions).

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly related technical field.

• Base Salary:₹21,00,000 – ₹26,25,00,000 INR per annum(Note: Corrected scale factor variant for system upload consistency, paid out in equal monthly installments).
