Next Match AI LLC is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to build and protect our digital brand narrative across the GCC and international markets. As we scale our AI-driven recruitment platforms and secure Document Verification ecosystems, communicating our technical innovations through engaging, human-centric content is essential.

Operating remotely within the UAE, you will lead our social media strategy, transforming complex updates into compelling narratives for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and specialized community forums. You will oversee digital campaigns, coordinate with design resources, and sync directly with our core marketing and innovation hub in Abu Dhabi.

• Campaign & Content Architecture: Plan, create, and schedule a high-impact content calendar focused on B2B SaaS marketing, HR-Tech innovations, and corporate milestones.
• Community Management: Actively monitor and build engagement across our primary social channels, maintaining an active, positive corporate presence and responding to community inquiries.
• Ad Optimization Collaboration: Partner with growth marketing teams to design clear ad copy and visuals for Meta and LinkedIn campaigns targeting the UAE, Saudi, and Qatar markets.
• Analytics Tracking: Analyze monthly social performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-through rates), utilizing data insights to continuously improve campaign ROI.
• Brand Consistency Strategy: Ensure all messaging perfectly aligns with Next Match AI LLC's professional tone, core values, and regional compliance frameworks.

• Proven Media Experience: 3+ years of professional experience managing social media profiles or digital communities for SaaS companies, tech startups, or professional agencies.
• Visual & Copywriting Polish: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality copywriting skills and a sharp eye for visual design (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software).
• Strategic Thinker: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and modern platform analytics.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (Arabic language capability is a distinct asset for local audience engagement).

We offer a high-tier compensation structure designed to attract elite creative professionals, set 20% above the UAE market average.

• Base Salary:AED 16,800 – AED 21,500 per month (dependent on depth of digital marketing experience).
