Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to handle student interactions, lead conversion, and course enrollments. This is a target-oriented sales role for candidates who want to build a strong career in business development within the EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
Follow up with leads and close enrollments
Maintain lead data and daily performance reports
Work closely with the core team to achieve monthly targets
Who Can Apply
Freshers or candidates with 02 years of sales/telecalling/customer interaction experience
Comfortable with daily calling and performance targets
