General Manager - Human Resources - PMS & Talent Management - Logistics

One of our clients which is a leading logistics firm is looking for a candidate with 12+ years of experience in Performance Management and Talent Management:
Performance Management (Leadership Focus):- Design and govern leadership performance management frameworks aligned with business strategy
- Drive goal setting, OKRs, KPIs, and outcome-based performance reviews for senior leaders
- Ensure differentiation, fairness, and consistency in performance outcomes
- Enable performance calibration, reward linkage, and leadership accountability
Talent Management & Leadership Development:
- Own talent assessment frameworks for senior and high-potential leaders

- Identify, assess, and develop HiPo and critical talent pools
- Partner with business leaders to create personalized development plans
- Drive leadership capability building, coaching, and learning interventions
Succession Planning:
- Design and execute enterprise succession planning strategy for key leadership roles
- Maintain succession pipelines and readiness metrics
- Facilitate succession discussions with the Board, CEO, and Executive Committee
- Ensure leadership continuity and bench strength for future growth
Stakeholder & Change Leadership:
- Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs and senior leaders
- Partner with HRBPs, L&D, Rewards, and Business Heads
- Lead change management for performance and talent initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in leadership performance management systems
- Strong experience in talent assessment, HiPo frameworks, and succession planning
- Ability to influence senior leaders and boards
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- Certifications in Talent Management, Assessment Centers, or Executive Coaching (preferred)
