Manager - Investor Relations - Private Equity Fund

One of our clients which is a leading private equity fund is looking for Manager - Investor relations.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Investor Relations professional to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in managing relationships with existing investors, supporting fundraising initiatives, and strengthening the firm's communication with global Limited Partners (LPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Communication & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors (LPs)
- Manage investor queries and ensure timely, accurate responses
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional investors
Fundraising Support:

- Support fundraising efforts including preparation of pitch decks, teasers, and due diligence materials
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM systems and track investor interactions
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices
- Assist in drafting fund performance updates and portfolio summaries
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all investor communications
Data Management & Analytics:
- Maintain investor databases and track commitments, contributions, and distributions
- Analyze fund performance metrics and assist in benchmarking exercises
- Support ad-hoc data requests from investors and internal teams
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams
- Assist in managing audit, regulatory, and compliance-related investor requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred)
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Asset Management
- Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
