• Audit and Assurance: Statutory Audits of NBFCs, Housing Finance Company, Insurance Companies & Re-Insurance India Branch of foreign companies, Financials Services, Stock Brokers, PMS, Manufacturing & Trading Companies, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF),Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits etc.
• Direct Taxation including Tax Planning, preparation of Income Tax computation and filing of ITR, Scrutiny Assessment, Appeal matters for Individual, LLP, Corporates, AIF Funds
• Indirect Taxation: GST Advisory and all compliances including filing of GST Returns and GST Reconciliation
• Advisory services: Business Consultancy, Project Finance, FEMA, SEBI etc.
  
• Special Engagement: Public Issue of QIP, IPO, NCD, InVITs etc. Due Diligence, Merger & Amalgamation etc.
• International Taxation: Advisory, ITR filings and other compliances for HNI Non-Residents and Foreign Portfolios Investors (FPI)
• Company Law Matters: Formation of Company, Company Law Advisory and Regulatory Compliances of Companies Act, 2013 (ROC/MCA matters)
