Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of van sales representatives and drivers to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and optimize route-to-market strategies to maximize coverage, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor van sales performance (volume, revenue, margin, and distribution KPIs) and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure execution of promotions, new launches, visibility drives, and product activations through van sales channels.
- Train, coach, and motivate van sales staff to improve selling skills, customer service, and overall productivity.
- Manage stock planning for van operations, ensuring accurate loading, replenishment, and returns.
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Conduct market visits to monitor in-field execution, gather customer feedback, and assess competitive activity.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
