Job Description
We are hiring Technical Valuation Manager for below locations :-
:-
- Providing inputs for establishing benchmarks for under construction exposure across geographies.
- Developing and monitoring of guidelines on the property valuation process.
- Monitoring property price trends keeping in mind the macro economic factors. Ensuring a reliable country price pegging report.
- Guiding the credit underwriters with respect to prices in different areas in the cities of operation.
- Making property related manuals-which will include prices for different areas/properties, whether to take certain properties as collateral or not.
- Providing information and to make recommendations that have direct impact on overall portfolio growth and profitability due to factors linked with the real estate market.
- Scrutinizing of technical documentations related to project approvals.
