Job Title: Databricks Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Databricks Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals and enterprise clients in Australia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and data engineering/data science workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training programs on Databricks, Spark, and related technologies.
• Customise course content to suit client-specific needs and industry use cases.
• Conduct workshops, hands-on labs, and Q&A sessions.
• Support learners in building foundational and advanced data engineering and data science knowledge using Databricks.
• Stay updated with the latest Databricks releases, features, and best practices.
• Provide feedback to the curriculum development team to enhance course content.
• Support pre-sales efforts by conducting demo sessions or webinars when required.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in data analytics, engineering, or cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and PySpark.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, SQL,

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Databricks or Spark certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate).
• Experience in teaching or mentoring in a technical environment.
• Ability to create training materials and lab exercises.
