Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process
- Work on Direct Client, W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and internal databases
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and joining timelines
- Maintain daily reports, submissions, and interview trackers
- Ensure quick turnaround time for requirements
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams
Required Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of US staffing process
- Knowledge of visa types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens
- Experience working with job portals and ATS tools
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
