Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Finalisation of all types of contracts as per schedule
2. Awarding work orders
3. Monitoring the contracts & evaluation of the same
4. New vendor development
5.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
6.Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers/vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
7.Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
8. Coordination with estimation , BOQ, MEP, Architect & planning team

- Candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Contracts management
- Good Technical knowledge & good negotiation skills
- ERP Software knowledge is preferred
- Conflict resolution skills & collaboration of people to work together
