Iman Developers is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide personalized solutions and advice, helping clients navigate their real estate investments in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients to drive real estate sales.
• Guide clients through their investment journey from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
• Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and present relevant project details and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client service.
• Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company policies and client interests.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups using CRM tools

Qualifications & Requirements

• 23 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management (experience with developers is a plus)
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and property transaction processes
