Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for last mile operations of the DC/branch.
- Take care of stock received and stock outward.
- Tracking maintaining data for daily shipments.
- Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.
- Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses at Service center.
- Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.
- Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.
- Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR RTO %
- Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean work place policies.
