Senior MIS Executive & Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior MIS Executive who can effectively manage, analyze, and develop data-driven solutions for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of modern reporting, automation, and application development tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize MIS reports and dashboards using Google Workspace, Looker Studio, and BI tools.
- Create advanced data analysis models using Advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques.
- Work with HTML Script Applications, .NET, or web-based software development frameworks to design and maintain internal systems.
- Manage and query data using SQL databases, ensuring data accuracy and secure access.
- Support Android-based application development and contribute to app enhancements or integrations.
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized dashboards and applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate generation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Provide technical support for process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong experience with Google Workspace, Looker Studio, and BI tools.
- Excellent command over Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA, Power Query preferred).
- Knowledge of HTML, web-based application development, .NET, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL databases, data structuring, and query writing.
- Basic knowledge of Android application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
