Software Engineer

Position: Full-Stack Software Engineer (GovTech Queue Management & Time/Attendance Systems)

Location: Dubai (Hybrid/Remote OK)

Company: Nirsun Technology (experts group)

We're building a government-grade Queue Management System (QMS) covering kiosks, multi-level dashboards (agent/supervisor/manager), real-time queue monitoring, ticket flows, performance analytics, and full admin controls.

Later, we'll also expand into Time & Attendance systems as part of our gov-tech product suite.

We need ONE strong full-stack engineer who can independently architect, develop, and deploy full enterprise systems from scratch.

What You'll Build

Full Queue Management System (based on our reference UI)

Agent/supervisor/manager dashboards

Real-time queue logic & ticket flows

Performance & service analytics

User/role/location/counter management

Kiosk ticketing screens

Future modules: Time & Attendance, device integrations, and more

Must-Have Skills:

Frontend: React.js / Next.js

Backend: Node.js (Express) or Laravel

REST APIs

Real-time features (WebSockets/socket.io)

Database:

MySQL or PostgreSQL

Other:

Building dashboards & admin systems

Custom integration work

VPS setup, deployments (basic DevOps)

Ability to own full projects end-to-end

Nice to Have:

Experience with enterprise/government systems

Charting libs (ApexCharts, Recharts, etc.)

API security (JWT, RBAC)

Kiosk or hardware integration experience
