SDWAN Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SD-WAN Engineer to join our Network Operations & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SD-WAN, SASE/SSE technologies, advanced routing and switching, data center networking, network security, and multi-cloud connectivity. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while providing advanced technical support and escalation management for global customers.

Key Responsibilitie

sSD-WAN Operations & Suppor

• tDeploy, configure, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions including Versa, Fortinet, Arista, and Cato Networks
• .Diagnose and resolve overlay and underlay network issues affecting SD-WAN performance
• .Perform branch onboarding, site migrations, and network transformation activities
• .Monitor network health, performance, and availability across distributed environments

.SASE / SSE Suppor

• tProvide advanced escalation support for SASE/SSE platforms
• .Manage and troubleshoot solutions including
• :Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA
• )Data Loss Prevention (DLP
• )Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB
• )Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS
• )Collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure secure access and policy enforcement

.Advanced Networkin

• gConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale IP/MPLS networks
• .Work extensively with Cisco, Nokia, and Juniper networking environments
• .Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing protocols including

• SAnalyze network performance and implement optimization strategies

.Data Center & Cloud Connectivit

• yDesign, implement, and support Leaf-Spine Data Center Architectures
• .Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of data center networking solutions
• .Manage and support multi-cloud connectivity across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• .Ensure high availability and resilient network connectivity across hybrid cloud infrastructures
