Senior Learning & Development (L&D)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead our organizations technical and business capability development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing enterprise learning strategies, driving OEM certification programs, and building competency frameworks across Telecom, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Enterprise Infrastructure domains.

This role will work closely with business leaders, OEM partners, HR, Sales, Engineering, and Technical teams to create a culture of continuous learning while ensuring alignment with partner program requirements and organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Capability Development

• Develop and execute the organizations Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design role-based learning journeys for Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Build competency frameworks, career progression paths, and capability matrices across business functions.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.

Internal Technical Academy

Design and implement industry-relevant learning programs covering:

• Cloud Computing
• Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI
• Networking
• Telecom Technologies
• Cybersecurity
• Data Centre Technologies
• DevOps & Automation
• Enterprise Infrastructure
• Software Development & Modern Applications
• Develop structured onboarding and advanced learning tracks for technical teams.

Sales & Business Enablement

Design and deliver training programs focused on:

• Enterprise Sales
• Solution Selling
• Consultative Selling
• Cloud Sales
• AI Solution Selling
• Customer Success
• Product Knowledge
• Partner Sales
• Proposal & Tender Management
• Executive Communication and Presentation Skills

Engineering & Technical Learning

Develop learning paths for:

• Network Engineers
• Cloud Engineers
• AI Engineers
• DevOps Engineers
• System Administrators
• Cybersecurity Professionals
• Support Engineers
• Field Engineers
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and OEM competency requirements.

Learning Operations

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Develop annual learning calendars and certification roadmaps.
• Track learning effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and certification success metrics.
• Prepare leadership dashboards and periodic reports on learning progress.
• Manage learning budgets, vendor relationships, and external training partners.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with HR, Business Heads, Practice Leaders, and OEM Partner Managers.
• Represent the organization in OEM learning initiatives and enablement programs.
• Coordinate with external trainers, certification bodies, and technology partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development within Telecom, Cloud, Software, AI, or Enterprise IT industries.
• Experience managing large-scale technical learning and certification programs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Telecom, Cloud, Software, AI, and Enterprise Infrastructure ecosystems (Must Have)
• Hands-on knowledge of OEM partner programs and certification frameworks.
• Experience driving certification initiatives for GCP, Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud (Must Have)
• Knowledge of training and enablement programs offered by NVIDIA, Nokia, Ciena, HPE, Dell Technologies, Apple, and Meta.
• Experience designing technical, engineering, and sales enablement programs.
• Familiarity with competency mapping and learning needs analysis.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and program execution capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred)
• Certified Learning & Development Professional (preferred)
• Train-the-Trainer Certification (preferred)
