JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join us as a co-founder with Investment to head our Investment Vertical. The key focus is on developing the B2B and B2C markets for various fixed-income products like bonds, NCDs, SDIs, Fixed deposits etc offered by the company. This position will be initially based out of Gurugram and will involve frequent travel to the Mumbai office and other cities as required by the job.

Key Skill Requirements:

The candidate should be willing to work in a start-up environment and should be able to develop the B2B and B2C businesses solely by himself/herself.

Preference would be given to a candidate who has experience of setting up B2B and B2C business verticals from scratch including a sales team.

Preference would be given to candidates who are willing to give at least 2-3 years in setting up the business and taking it to the next level.

We offer our services on a PAN India basis and to NRIs also making one of the the unique players in the Fintech space. We also offer life and non-life insurance products which makes Nishkaera a one-stop financial solution provider and helps us in cross-sales of our other products. We also offer other investment products like structured products, investment advisory products, MLDs, mutual funds, NPS etc.

Compensation Structure:

This position is with an investment commitment and compensation would be on a pure equity basis with no fixed reimbursement initially. Changes in compensation structure will depend on achieving set targets and will depend purely on management discretion.
