What Youll Do
- Business Development Representative to support our global sales team with outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, CRM execution, and sales support.
- sales-focused role responsible for creating qualified opportunities and helping move deals forward, not just completing tasks.
- Build target account and contact lists Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone Qualify prospects and identify decision makers.
- Use HubSpot daily for pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and prospecting Assist with sales decks, meeting prep, and follow-ups Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities
- 2-4 years of core BDR Experience
- Proficiency in HubSpot Experience creating target lists and running outbound campaigns LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English Ability to assist with sales presentations and decks Comfortable working US hours Self-sufficient, organized, and proactive
- Pipeline creation over activity volume Sales thinking over task execution Ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
