We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Springboot, Vue.JS, React, or Angular, and Postgre SQL.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Architect and develop robust and scalable applications using Java Springboot.
• Design and develop user interfaces using Vue.JS, React, or Angular.
• Create and optimize database schemas using Postgre SQL.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our software development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java Springboot for backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following frontend frameworks: Vue.JS, React, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with Postgre SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
