Role Overview

As a Priority Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with affluent and high-value clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth through strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional client experience through proactive engagement and service

Manage and grow a portfolio of priority / affluent clients

Identify client needs and provide customized financial & investment solutions

Generate business through distribution/network channels and referrals

Track leads, manage client interactions, and close opportunities effectively

Stay updated on market trends, products, and campaigns

Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory, and internal policies

Achieve sales targets and portfolio growth objectives

Skills & Experience

2–8 years of experience in Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services

Strong sales, relationship management, and client acquisition experience

Good understanding of banking, investment, and wealth products

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable mindset
