Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Vapi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, understanding customer health insurance needs, and providing tailored financial and insurance solutions. Tasks include following up on leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and generating business through new and existing relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals and contributing to customer-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to analyze and address client needs
• Basic knowledge of health insurance products and market trends
• Proficiency in organizing and managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage
