Role & Responsibilities:
- Key Indicators: Export revenue and Market Growth, Channel Development, and partner development, Export Operations and Compliance, Market insights, Cross Functional Collaboration Forecasting
- The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing initiatives for B2B and B2C partnerships across OEMs and international clients. A strong background in the Bags, Apparel, Leather Accessories, and Home Furnishings industry, with hands-on experience in managing large accounts and building new markets, is highly preferred.

- Deliver annual export sales targets across the region
- Expand Business into new Countries and deepen penetration in existing markets
- Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, wholesalers, and large retail partners
- Strengthen performance through trade terms and joint Business planning
- Ensure timely and compliant execution of export orders, including documents and shipping coordination
- Work with Finance, SCM, and Legal to meet international trade regulations, pricing norms, and payment terms
- Gather market-specific insights to guide category, pricing, and GTM strategies for exports
- Partner with Category teams on product registration, certifications, and packaging needs

- Drive collaboration with Marketing to support brand building in the export market
- Must have strong Judgement, Execution Planning, and Building alignment
- Gather information related to the customer reaction and competitors; relay this information to other departments, such as Marketing & Customer Service. Be alert to changes in the international market and signals coming from end users, customers, buyers, and competitor activities.
- Exhibition participation & factory projects for operational excellence and cost optimization.
Preferred candidate profile:
- The candidate should be in a leadership role and have travelled independently outside India, especially in the US, Europe, UK, Spain, and France
- A Candidate with Walmart experience will be preferable
- Strong understanding of global trade practices, export documentation, pricing structure, and regional compliance norms
