Hiring: Customer Support Associate Freshers | Voice-Heavy Blended Process

Work Location: Godrej IT Park, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai

Experience: Freshers Only

Salary: 2.5 LPA (25,000 CTC per month | 18,000 In-hand)

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for a Voice-Heavy Blended Customer Support Process involving inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails.Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling voice interactions, as calling responsibilities form the major part of this role

.Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and employee queries through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide additional support through chat and email channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Follow up on pending requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication and service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers only.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong listening and customer-handling abilities.
• Must be comfortable with a voice-heavy blended process.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.

Job Details & Benefits

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
• Shift: Night Shifts Only
• Shift Duration: 9.5 Hours
• Cab Facility: Up to 30 KM
• CTC: 25,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: 18,000 per month

Important Note-This is a VOICE-HEAVY BLENDED PROCESS. The majority of responsibilities involve calling, along with chat and email support. Candidates interested exclusively in non-voice processes should not apply.
