Job Description
- As an IND Analyst II in Reinsurance Solutions at Aon, your role involves supporting the production of financial reports using various external and internal data sources. You will also provide Rating Agency advisory services to Aon clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize 1.5-4 years of work experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or related fields at an insurance company, reinsurance company, reinsurance intermediary, or consulting firm.
- Support analysis of data by business, industry, geography, products/services, client size, and other relevant business segmentations.
- Identify companies in the market facing growth/capital/share price performance issues that Aon can target as potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry news, conduct competitor analysis, and work on Capital Models with the ability to interpret the results.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline (full-time).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Access, SQL (desired but not mandatory).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a confident and self-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of P&C insurance statutory accounting/financial data.
- Capability of programming in VB/VBA.
- CFA Level 1 or 2 is desirable.
Please note that this role is based in Bangalore, Whitefield, with working hours from 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. in the office. Cab facility is available for your convenience.
