Job Title: Procurement Operations Processor

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Qualification: B.Com Graduate

Experience: Relevant experience in Procurement / Purchase Order Processing preferred

Salary: 25,000 CTC per month (19,000 In-hand)

Shift: 6:00 PM 3:30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Payroll: NLB Services

:We are hiring a Procurement Operations Processor responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and handling procurement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Coordinate with internal requestors to collect missing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle post-PO activities, including order acknowledgements, PO amendments, and PO follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for order status and delivery date confirmations.
• Handle invoice-related queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Identify and source potential suppliers based on business requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Procurement Operations and Purchase Order Management.
• Hands-on experience in PR-to-PO processing.
• Understanding of vendor management and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of PO amendments, order tracking, and invoice queries.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic MS Excel and computer proficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Com graduates only.
• Prior experience in Procurement / Purchasing / P2P Operations will be preferred.
• PF is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable with night shifts and 5 days WFO.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the Sholinganallur, Chennai location.
