Solutions Architect (Techno-Functional) Data Platforms & Analytics

We are urgently hiring an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Platforms, Analytics and Client-Facing Solution Delivery.

Summer: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST

Winter: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

Role Overview

Looking for a senior techno-functional architect who can drive enterprise Data & Analytics transformation initiatives, lead solution architecture, engage with global clients and manage cross-functional technology teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Client engagement and requirement gathering to define target-state architecture.
• Lead architecture, solution design and delivery of enterprise Data & Analytics programs.
• Design modern Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Lakehouse architectures.
• Define ETL/ELT, data integration, API-led and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Establish data governance, security, metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts and business stakeholders.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution workshops, estimation and technology roadmap planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams across multiple projects.

• Mandatory Technical Skills
• Enterprise Data Architecture and Solution Architecture.
• Data Warehousing, Data Lakes and Lakehouse Architecture.
• Data Modelling, Metadata Management and Data Governance.
• ETL/ELT and Data Integration Frameworks.
• API-led and Event-Driven Architecture.
• SQL Server.

Strong experience in at least one modern data platform: Azure Data Platform (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric), Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Data Services or Google Cloud Data Platform.

Power BI or Enterprise BI/Analytics Platforms.

JIRA, Azure DevOps and Confluence.

• AI/ML Enablement Architecture.
• Generative AI / LLM Solutions.
• Microsoft Fabric.
• Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Catalog.
• Data Mesh Architecture.
• TOGAF / Enterprise Architecture Certifications.
• Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake or Databricks Certifications.

• What We Are Looking For
• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Data & Analytics solutions.
• Excellent client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading global and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to bridge business and technology requirements and translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with architecture leadership and delivery ownership.
