Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/Business Analyst to help drive revenue optimization and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis and experience working in both B2B and B2C environments. In this role, you will analyze sales and customer data, identify growth opportunities, recommend cost-saving strategies, and help improve marketing performance. You will also be responsible for building real-time dashboards and collaborating with various teams to implement data-driven strategies.
The successful candidate should have proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments. A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is required. Job-specific skills include expertise in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Google Analytics, as well as proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Experience in revenue optimization, cost reduction, profitability analysis, customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and demand planning is essential. The ability to create actionable insights and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
Knowledge of the perfume, beauty, or luxury goods industry is a plus, as well as familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
