Performance Marketing Manager Wanted: Data-Driven Strategy Meets High-Impact Advertising

NoFluff is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Youll be the mastermind behind data-driven strategies, optimizing performance, and delivering high-ROI campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing

Digital Performance Marketing

  • Lead high-impact campaigns Plan and execute Google Ads & Meta Ads for real estate clients.
  • Optimize across platforms Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta Ads (Lead Forms, Retargeting, Dynamic Ads).
  • Target the right audience Develop hyper-local targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Create high-converting ads Craft compelling copy and collaborate on engaging visuals.
  • Test and refine Use A/B testing to enhance creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Maximize ROI Optimize CPL, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
  • Track and analyze Implement conversion tracking and generate actionable insights for improvement.

Campaign Strategy & Analytics

  • Analyze performance Track key PPC metrics like cost per inquiry and lead-to-sale ratios.
  • Local market expertise Leverage geo-targeting and audience behavior insights to drive high-intent traffic.
  • Data-driven decision-making Identify high-performing keywords, placements, and audience segments.
  • Stay updated Adapt to industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Omnichannel strategy Develop integrated paid media plans across search, social, and video platforms.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Align creative with trends Work with designers to ensure compelling real estate ad campaigns.
  • Partner with clients Understand objectives, refine strategies, and implement feedback.
  • Deliver insights that matter Provide performance reports and data-driven recommendations.

  • Optimize continuously Adjust bidding, targeting, and messaging based on real-time performance.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads management.
  • Certified and skilled Google Ads certification required; expertise in PPC best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset Experience with A/B testing, automated bidding, and performance tracking.
  • Data-driven execution Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • ROI-focused approach Ability to manage budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum impact.
  • Tech-savvy & detail-oriented Experience with automated bidding strategies, attribution modeling, and advanced Excel.
  • Real estate marketing is a plus Prior experience in real estate advertising is an advantage.
