Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with personnel management practices. Additional responsibilities include coordinating onboarding processes, helping with employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to HR administrative tasks.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience or understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
