Job Title: Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)

Working hours: 12 9pm / 2 11pm IST | 5 days working from office

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our Talent Acquisition team. This apprenticeship role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. The Apprentice will support the recruitment process, assist in sourcing candidates, and contribute to various talent acquisition projects.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals.
• Help create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Support with maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support with maintaining and updating the talent pipeline and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and current information.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic understanding of recruitment processes and ATS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
