Youll be improving and responsible for

  • Speaking to Novas prospective clients
  • Understanding their unique requirements
  • Explaining and sharpening Novas value-proposition
  • Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English

  • Strong Insurance broking domain knowledge

Youre awesome at

  • Persistence

  • Deep understanding of how to sell
  • Experience having sold to CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus

Stipend : 15,000 per month
