Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and endorsement requests (additions, deletions, corrections) with accuracy and speed.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through regular reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly), proactive engagement, and quick resolution of escalations.
• 
  Analyse client data and feedback to improve adoption, experience, and product strategy, while acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Drive product penetration and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and deepen partnerships.
• Execute client engagement and retention plans to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Expertise & Qualifications

• Prior experience in Insurance/Broking/TPA is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of client servicing and customer delight principles.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/key account management/relationship management or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, present and influence effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills with consistent follow-through with clients and vendors.
• Proven record of delivering client solutions and achieving business goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
