Role Description

Novafy Asia is seeking a Business Development Executive for a remote contract-based role. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and developing strong client relationships.

You will actively engage with potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and present recruitment solutions that align with their business goals. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client hiring requirements and present recruitment solutions
  • Manage client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful placements
  • Track and report business development activities and progress

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and client relationship building
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in HR, staffing, or recruitment consulting industry is a plus
