Summary


This is a unique opportunity for a motivated intern to support the healthcare professionals' engagement process, drive the creation of stakeholder mappings, and gain insights into the dynamics of patient journeys

About the Role


Develop a deep understanding in the respective therapeutic area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors Support the team with stakeholder mapping, customer identification and education of key stakeholders for a specific therapeutic area Assist with analysis and interpretation of clinical and sales data. Participate in creating business plans and related activities such as customer events, presentations, and marketing campaigns to meet sales targets Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through omnichannel engagement. Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships & collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship. Work collaboratively with support functions to determine which resources best fits the customer and/or circumstances.
Handle enquiries and complaints professionally and in accordance with company procedures. Follow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Novartis. Demonstrate behavior in accordance with Novartis code of practice.

Education:


University degree in Science, Medical, Pharma, or Veterinarian Sciences

Languages:


Written & spoken English essential. Arabic is a plus.
