As part of Data & AI Enablement within the Data Office in Global IT, you will work with specialists in India and Denmark to make advanced analytics and AI capabilities accessible, governed, and scalable across Novonesis.

The role & your impact

You will shape and drive the AI-enabled vision for our Citizen Data Platform and help business teams unlock value from data through conversational analytics, intelligent agents, and emerging AI experiences. Combining strategic leadership, advisory responsibilities, user enablement, and hands-on experimentation, you will turn promising AI use cases into scalable capabilities, reusable assets, and practical best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities In This Role

• Define and drive the AI-enabled vision for the Citizen Data Platform.
• Lead the adoption of conversational analytics experiences, including Copilot in Power BI, Fabric Data Agents, and related technologies.
• Engage with business teams as a trusted advisor and identify opportunities where AI can simplify access to data and insights.
• Enable and support Citizen Data Platform users through training programmes, drop-in sessions, community engagement, and support activities.
• Establish governance standards and best practices for AI-enabled analytics and help maintain reporting on usage, platform health, and compliance.
• Collaborate with platform teams, architects, AI specialists, legal, and security colleagues to guide use cases toward appropriate, governed, and secure solutions.

• At least eight years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data platforms, AI enablement, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of analytics and citizen-developer platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, KNIME, or similar technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities, with the ability to connect business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience driving enablement, adoption, or organizational change initiatives.
• A proven track record in project management.
• The ability to turn emerging capabilities into practical business value and approach complex opportunities with structured, scalable thinking.

• Experience working with generative AI, conversational agents, or related AI technologies.
• An interest in how AI can transform traditional analytics capabilities and influence organizations.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and enthusiasm for experimenting in a rapidly evolving environment.

You will join a highly collaborative team of data and AI specialists in India and Denmark and work with stakeholders and initiatives across the Novonesis value chain. The role gives you an opportunity to influence the direction of enterprise-wide AI-enabled analytics, experiment with emerging technologies, and help successful ideas develop into scalable capabilities used across the organization.

Working conditions

The position is based in Bangalore and follows a hybrid working setup. Occasional travel will be required as we scale our capabilities and enablement activities globally.
