Job Description
- As a motivated fresher at NowFloats, you will have the opportunity to support the CEO in day-to-day activities and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Your role will involve assisting in managing the CEO's priorities, following up with internal teams (design, tech, operations, etc.), and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. This position offers a unique chance to learn directly under leadership while honing strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities.
- Draft emails, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
