Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Hyderabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to financial planning and analysis, payroll management, and overseeing financial operations. The Senior Finance Manager will play a strategic role in driving financial decisions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• oInternal accounting/Payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• oEnsure timely processing of cash and bank payments, including Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and monthly closure of books.
• oManage expense and fixed asset accounting.
• oSupervise invoicing and revenue accounting processes.
• oPrepare various account reconciliation statements, including inter-company reconciliations.
• oGenerate Management Information System (MIS) reports, such as cash flow statements and profitability analyses.
• oDevelop financial statements and notes in alignment with statutory requirements.
• oConduct cash flow forecasting and monitor fund utilization.
• oPrepare financial models
• oEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and GST Act.
• oCoordinate with external auditors to complete statutory and tax audits.
• oOversee the filing of the companys Income Tax Return.
• oExperience in Preparation of Financials under IND AS
• oLead internal audits to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• oManage and mentor a finance team of three members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• oSupport budgeting operations and assist in the development of financial plans.
• oPromote the use of next-generation tools and visualization techniques for financial presentations.

Qualifications:

• CA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on listed entities.
• Proficiency in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

• Demonstrated experience in managing external audits and liaising with auditors.
