Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering for ERP implementations across Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and Operations
- Interact with client stakeholders to understand business processes, RFP/RFI requirements, and expectations
- Translate business needs into functional & non-functional specifications, process flows, AS-IS / TO-BE documentation
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses and solution design
- Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and development teams
- Validate requirements, manage change requests, and assess impact on cost and timelines
- Support testing, UAT, and quality assurance to ensure requirement coverage
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, case studies, and best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes
- Experience in ERP requirement gathering and functional documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Must Have:
- 59 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in enterprise or technology-driven environments
- Exposure to Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, CRM, or HR modules
- Client-facing experience
